Life circumstances can change abruptly at any given time. We can never prepare for heartache. A loved one may have died, you are now unemployed, health issues have taken a toll on you, or perhaps there is dysfunction in the family with a breakdown in communication. These are just a few of the many losses which cause us to grieve. These experiences make us sad leaving us “stuck” in our grief. A griever does not know what to do to feel better or how to function on a daily basis. As time goes by the pain in your heart becomes even greater. We have never been taught how to grieve and deal with our emotions.
